    Equipment Overview:

     

    1、Description of equipment process

    The bar material is sheared by the bar shear and slid into the vibrating feeder, the vibrating feeder will feed the material into the horizontal conveyor chain at a uniform speed, the conveyor chain will feed the material into the vibrating feeder which is perpendicular to it, the vibrating feeder will feed the billet material evenly into the ladder feeder, the ladder feeder plays the role of lifting the bar material and sorting the material, it can lift two to three materials to the feeding roller conveyor at the same time, the roller conveyor runs at several times the speed of the bar material traveling during normal heating. The material is fed into the furnace front pinch silver, the two rollers above and below the pinch roller hold the material and send it into the induction furnace for heating, each pinch roller is responsible for pushing the bar material in the next induction furnace until the bar material enters the next pinch roller. When the heated bar comes out of the third induction furnace, the infrared thermometer at the exit measures the temperature of the bar, and the billets with qualified temperature are quickly taken out of the induction furnace by the quick discharge machine and sent to the robot interface. Unqualified billets are sorted into over-temperature or under-temperature bins respectively.
