    1、Description of equipment process

    The seamless pipe formed after the hot piercing of steel bar is transported to the loading table via the power roller conveyor, and the loading table can store a certain amount of billet. The loading table decides whether to feed the heating furnace according to the signal from the furnace, and the furnace automatically gives power according to the residual heat temperature of the seamless pipe. The seamless pipe heated to temperature is rapidly cooled by the quenching box, and the quenched billet is transferred to the cold bed for cooling, and the tempered seamless pipe meets APIN80 standard.
